posted 9 Nov 2011, 21:35 by Yiying Wang

Dear YiYing ,

Thank you for your email on 02 November 2011.

Please be informed that we do not provide candidates with any sample question papers.

Nonetheless, you may wish to note that the Admissions Exercise for International Students (AEIS) centralised tests for each level will comprise English and Mathematics and will assess the applicants’ English literacy, numeracy and reasoning ability.

Applicants should be familiar with the English and Math’s syllabi of the level preceding the one they are applying for. For instance, an applicant who wishes to sit for Secondary 3 should be familiar with Secondary 2 content. An applicant who wishes to seek admission to Primary 3 and is assigned the P2/P3 test should be familiar with Primary 1 and Primary 2 content.

Details on the syllabi can be found on the respective subject syllabus webpage’s: http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/syllabuses/

Information on AEIS Centralised Tests may be obtained from http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/international-students/admissions-exercise/centralised-test/

Subject: Query on AEIS sample papers

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I'm Yiying from NTU. I am writing this email on behalf of my group. We are a group of students taking the Minor in Entrepreneurship module offered by NTU. We are thinking of starting a business to bring over foreign students to study in Singapore and provide them the service of helping to prepare them for AEIS. Therefore, we need sample AEIS papers to guide them.

Is it possible to get some AEIS sample papers from MOE? If not, could I ask for your advice that whether ordinary supplementary assessment books available in POPULAR bookstore a good alternative for sample AEIS paper for practice to prepare them for the actual AEIS test?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
YiYing
